In Matthew's Gospel, Jesus says, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Today, there is much work to be done, however, the statistics are staggering:

38% of U.S. pastors have thought of quitting full-time ministry in 2021.
Only 1 out of 3 pastors is considered “healthy” in terms of well-being.
1,500 pastors leave the ministry every month
90% of pastors will not stay long enough to retire
70% don’t have someone they consider a close friend
50% won’t last more than 5 years
